Explorations in making my own watercolor brushes.

So here are recent homemade brushes of mine.  These brushes prove to be very unique ways to transfer paint to the paper.  A wide variety of brushes gives me a lot of options when painting.

This was finished the Winter of 2010/2011.  There’s watercolor, ink, graphite, crayon, and some oil pastel in it.  The crayon and oil pastel can offer some fun interactions with watercolor.  Sometimes simple is nice.
